By signing an Independent Contractor Agreement (“ICA”) with NuWay, each independent contractor real estate licenses with NuWay (singularly an “Broker/Agent” and collectively, “Brokers/Agents”) is agreeing to adhere to and abide by these NuWay P&Ps, with such NuWay P&Ps being incorporated by reference into Broker/Agent’s ICA verbatim and at length, and constituting a part of the Broker/Agent’s ICA as though fully set forth therein. A glossary of terms defined in these NuWay P&Ps is located at the back of these NuWay P&Ps; defined terms that are used but not otherwise defined in the NuWay P&Ps shall be as defined in the ICA.
